It still amazes me ... do folks really think that legal action in Derry will decrease in the future?!? Having a town attorney saves money now! However, since the public has spoke, all 23 of them, I think that we should at least put it out to bid. Boutin should not get a free ride on the Derry Express! As a matter of fact, didn't the train stop in the fifties?
It's my understanding that IT IS currently out to bid.
And the result of the tax saving wonder-duo forcing us down this road WILL BE higher legal fees from the same low bidder - our current law firm, Boutin.
When that happens, let's not forget to thank the two that made it possible.
